What payment method do we use?
We use Shopify Payments, PayPal and Google Pay and accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards.
What delivery service do we use?
We use Sendle for our deliveries. Sendle taps into big business delivery networks and makes them available to everyone. It's convenient, affordable, and 100% carbon neutral.
What does delivery cost?
Purchases of $125 or more anywhere in Australia are free. If you spend below $125, there is a standard charge of $20. Deliveries outside of Australia will be calculated on checkout.
How long do deliveries take?
In general within Australia, deliveries arrive within 7-10 days. However, it important to be aware that at the moment, in Australia, delivery times are unpredictable due to COVID related impacts.
What is our returns policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and you advise us within 14 days, we will provide a full cash refund. Products need to be returned in the original state. Return postage will be at purchaser's cost.
